Use of Protan Secret Fix Strip is a fast and safe way to cover large roof surfaces and in particular the roof's corner and edge zones if there are few penetrations in the roof. The actual secret strip material used in Protan Secret Fix Strip has a higher strength than the roof covering itself and contributes to an optimal attachment of the roof membrane. It is particularly well suited for roofing on corrugated steel decks with wide profiles or large profile spacing. The use of Protan Secret Fix Strip can provide significant savings in relation to standard overlap where, due to wind conditions, one is limited to using 1m wide and narrower sheets.
