Protan G prefabricated sheets with secret fix strips is a roofing system where Protan G membrane is welded together in larger units, ie sheets with underlying, longitudinal strips. The strips are factory welded to the underside of the sheets with a predetermined individual distance Protan G 1,8 is a high-quality fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic (PVC-P) waterproofing membrane with high quality. Protan G 1,8 is dimensional stable, has good elongation properties and is well suited for use in both high and low temperatures. The membrane has good resistance to UV, pollution and microbes as well as being it is root resistant.

Prefabricated sheets contribute to quick installation and are well suited for roofing ranging from smaller surfaces on series-produced modules and houses for quick roofing without having to weld the membrane of, for example, ballasted roofs, terraces, balconies etc. to larger roof surfaces. Protan G sheets with secret fix strips are used as ballasted membrane solution where the membrane together with the ballast/protection must withstand the local wind load to which it is exposed. It is used on decks with and without passenger traffic. Protan G sheets with secret fix strips are intended as a mechanically fixed membrane in extensive green roof solutions, but can also be laid with ballast of single, wood, slab, screed or intensive green roofs.
