Protan G 1.5 in rolls for details and cover strips is a high-quality fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic (PVC-P) waterproofing membrane. Protan G 1.5 is dimensionally stable, has good elongation properties and is well suited for use in both high and low temperatures. The membrane has good resistance to UV, pollution and microbes as well as being root resistant.

Rolls of Protan G in smaller sizes are used for detailing on the construction site or for smaller membrane constructions for areas with and without passenger traffic. Protan G as a waterproofing membrane can be loose laid onto the substrate or insulation. In insulated roofing systems, the roof can be installed as warm, inverted or duo construction. Protan G is protected with either gravel, wooden lattice, concrete tiles, cast concrete as well as green roof solutions. Protan G should not be mechanically fixed except to the parapet where it should be anchored linearly.
