Protan insulation adhesive Fast-curing and high-performance, Protan Insulation adhesive is a moisture-curing, singlepart polyurethane adhesive, specifically designed for bonding insulation materials.Materials to be bonded should be clean and free from dust, grease and other contaminants. All surfaces must be dry and suitable for application.

The adhesive is applied in beads 20–30mm wide at a rate of approximately 50gsm per linear metre per bead at 200–300mm crown centres. Ratio of beads will be dependant upon wind uplift calculations. Once the adhesive has been applied, the insulation should be placed immediately and the board consolidated.
