Protan 953 is a blackout fabric, available with or without PVDF lacquer. Protan 953 is a 700g/m2 PVC coated fabric especially designed for superior performances that temporary structures require. It is resistant against UV-radiations, and is particularly effective against harsh weather and environment. This fabric is easy to handle and weld using high frequency and/or hot air techniques.

Protan 953 has very good properties for temporary constructions such as storage tents, industrial halls, sports and shop buildings, and more. It is very functional as light discipline measures for tactical situations. The membrane acts as a protective climate barrier in both single and double layer constructions.
